OUR 6 STEP PROCESS
We take action in a 6 step process that takes care of all your needs, from suppliers and sampling to Legalities and logistics.
Step 1
Understanding your requirements:
The more we know, the better we can assist you.
For us to identify the correct manufacturer, we need to understand the product quantities, requirements, and specifications clearly as well as the issues faced previously.
Once we have the necessary information.
The information supplied by you, is compiled into a detailed document, and sent to potential suppliers. We handle the verification of the potential suppliers by investigating trading history, other markets, customers, products, and aftersales warranty. We compile a short list of suppliers based on cost, quality, experience, and our verification process.
The supplier shortlist along with their quotes are sent to you, and its up to us to discuss all potential risks and issues with you.

Factory Audit:
Once the quote has been accepted,
we will do an onsite factory inspection to gather information on attitude, capability regarding production, number of staff and revenue. What’s more, we also investigate working conditions, product assembly line, storeroom facilities, process, and quality control.
Only if everything is checked and ready.
Once our team in Hong Kong has established that the chosen factory meets the required benchmarks, we will start the sampling process. Samples will be adhered to the strictest criteria regarding appearance, performance and your set out specifications.
Only once we are satisfied with the performance of the sample products against your set out criteria, will we send the samples to you for approval.

Production:
During the production process...
we will do quality control checks and ensure improvements made during the sampling process is implemented. Packaging design and materials are always checked and confirmed during the pre-shipment inspection, along with quantities and testing procedures.
The final step.
All documentation including Tarriffs/HS Codes and certificates are arranged by us. Shipping insurance could also be arranged though us. We arrange the freight forwarder for pick up and delivery. Option to consolidate different products from other factories into a single shipment for cost reduction will be done by us as well.
The entire process is tracked from transit, custom clearance up to FOB.
