How we do it
We take action in a 6 step process that takes care of all your needs, from suppliers and sampling to Legalities and logistics.
STEP 1 Understanding your Requirements
We need to understand your requirements clearly: product price point, specifications, quantities, and issues faced previously.
STEP 2 Identify Suppliers
We compile a shortlist of potential suppliers based on quality, cost, experience, and our off-site verification process.
STEP 3 Factory Audit
Physical factory visits are done to verify raw materials, product assembly lines, quality control processes, warehouse facilities, and working conditions.
STEP 4 Sampling
Samples are manufactured as per customer specification and sent to customers for final signoff.
STEP 5 Production
Quality control checks and sampling during production. Packaging design and materials are checked and confirmed during the pre-shipment inspection.
STEP 6 Shipping and Documents
We oversee packing of containers. Orders are consolidated from different factories for cost reduction. All documentation for export/import is prepared and submitted.
